6. Permanent on-site staff
7. Fundraising consultancy, particularly as it relates to implementation of policy with VisibleResults.

We endeavour to keep prices as simple and low as possible. Technical support contracts for unlimited email, telephone and fax support start at £1,000 per year for smaller customers. Daily rates for support and development start at £350.

One option that has attracted interest is a combined support and development contract where a set number of days development per month is bundled with the support contract. This can work out at a considerable saving.
